🥩 Rib-Eye Steaks with Cilantro-Lime Butter
* 3 rib-eye steaks (about 16 ounces each)
* Salt, to taste
* Pepper, to taste
* ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
* Zest of 1 lime
* 1 tablespoon lime juice
1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Season both sides of steaks with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice and zest. Set aside.
3. Grill the steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare (or adjust cooking time according to desired doneness). Remove steaks from grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
4. While steaks rest, top each with a dollop of cilantro-lime butter, allowing it to melt completely.
5. Serve steaks warm with an extra spoonful of the cilantro-lime butter on the side. Store leftover butter in the refrigerator for later use.
